WHO AM I?

I'm Steph

Steph Hawkins is the founder of Well Well Well and has spent over 20 years working in education and leadership across the UK and internationally.

She holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology and specialises in helping leaders understand what's actually making their role feel so unsustainable and what to do about it.

Steph works with leaders and organisations to redesign how leadership feels day to day, moving beyond resilience advice to look at how responsibility is carried, how work is shaped and how performance can be sustained without burning through the people doing it.

This event draws directly on that work.
